
You may be way ahead of me, but I found a new feature in Highrise that’s a time saver.
Highrise now lets you send emails directly from inside Highrise when you have a contact open. But I hadn’t been using it because it didn’t include my email signature or let me include attachments. As far as I can tell, it doesn’t let you add attachments but you can add your email signature automatically.
Here’s how:
1. In Highrise, click on Account & Settings in the upper right and then on My Info.
2. Next, click on the Gmail tab and you will come to a screen that looks like the one below.
3. Enter your email signature and save.
Now your outbound emails from Highrise will include your email signature. Not a big deal, but with as many emails as we all send, that time saved could add up.
