Sending Emails From Highrise

By January 23, 2015October 20th, 20232 Comments

You may be way ahead of me, but I found a new feature in Highrise that’s a time saver.

Highrise now lets you send emails directly from inside Highrise when you have a contact open. But I hadn’t been using it because it didn’t include my email signature or let me include attachments. As far as I can tell, it doesn’t let you add attachments but you can add your email signature automatically.

Here’s how:

1. In Highrise, click on Account & Settings in the upper right and then on My Info.

2. Next, click on the Gmail tab and you will come to a screen that looks like the one below.

3. Enter your email signature and save.

Now your outbound emails from Highrise will include your email signature. Not a big deal, but with as many emails as we all send, that time saved could add up.
